Whether you are an aficionado, a casual fan, or perhaps just curious, our tasting room is the place to try wines in the Finger Lakes. With views of the lake you can taste over 40 wines at our tasting bar where the mood is always casual with attentive and knowledge-able staff.
Love dry reds? We have eight of them ranging from single varietals, to velvety smooth blends. A fan of fruit wines? Our Sweet Walter line up has an entire fruit category with luscious offings of pineapple, peach, cherry, strawberry and our regional favorite loganberry. Taste Alsatian style white wines like Riesling, Traminette, Seasons and Ravat. Or do you prefer the classic American flavors of Concord and Niagara and Catawba? These grapes are the backbone of our fruit forward American styles found in our Growers Red and Growers White, Banty Red and Niagara.
Taste ala carte at our main bar or participate in a guided tasting of 5 select wines in our Cellar Room. After the tasting, peruse our gift shops with feature an eclectic collection of custom made foods, apparel, and glassware.
From Memorial Day to Columbus Day, weather permitting, we offer a complimentary tour of the campus every hour on the hour. We provide a short history of the company, the farm, and winemaking. You'll learn both what it takes to make wine, and what makes this area unique for grape growing. The tour guide will walk you through the vineyards, and guide you through the grape vine'ssteps life cycle of the grape vine before taking you to the cellar where you can see how juice becomes wine. Our goal with every tour is to leave you with a better appreciation of what we do here at the winery and how much work we put into every bottle we make.
The Finger Lakes wine region is a stunningly beautiful area, and while Bully Hill may be the best, it’s certainly not the only place worth visiting while you’re here.
