Sweet Walter Blackberry Red Velvet CakeCake
1 store bought box of red velevet cake mix, (we used Betty Crocker)
Replace the 1 1/4 cups of water for 1 1/4 cups of Sweet Walter Blackberry.
Follow all remaining cake instructions.
Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. unsalted butter, softened
1 cup confectioner sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp Sweet Walter Pineapple
Mix cream cheese and butter and slowly add in confectioner sugar until smooth. Then add crushed pineapple, vanilla and wine. Ice the cake or cupcakes and enjoy!
