One of the Finger Lakes premier white varieties, this semi-dry Cayuga White exhibits aromas of apple and pear with a light crisp finish. This wine is a delight with poultry, spicy dishes, or by itself on a warm summer night.
During a trip through France, Walter painted the artwork used for this label. Using pastels on canvas, Walter painted Chateau de La Rochepot, a 12th-century feudal castle in the early spring of 1981.
