Many of our wines express themselves best as single varietals like Foch, Seyval, Baco Noir, Cayuga, Ravat 51, Tarminette and St. Croix. Many of these estate-grown varieties are the benchmark in American Hybrid winemaking.

Baco Noir

The Baco Noir grape and oak aging produce a bold, intense wine that is perfect for red meat dishes.
